For non-CAPA members, please follow steps 1, 2, and 3 to register.

For CAPA members, please just follow step 2 to register.

1. For non-CAPA member, please fill out the following form and click the submit button to register. Please check for any error message at the top of the form. This form will create our login for CAPA website and collect your basic information for our Membership Committee to confirm our identify.

2. For both members and non-members, please click the links below (the link will take you to a different page) to register. Please note that each activity needs a separate registration and separate payment.

3. For non-members, please come back to this page and click "Pay 80$ Registration Fee" for the activity you have registered. If you have registered for both activities, you will need to pay both registrations. Trainees please pay 25$ for the registration.

The education committee will send an email to you to confirm your registration, once the registration and the payment have been verified.
