The annual CAPA dinner and Business Meeting during USCAP are around the corner. Due to the limited capacity of the restaurant and Ballroom, we would like to know the approximately number of attendances for each event.

NOTE:
1. All CAPA members can participate this survey. (To renew your membership, please visit the membership page).
2. The CAPA dinner is scheduled for March 24, 2024 (Sunday), from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, 600 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 (Option 1-5).
3. The CAPA business meeting during the USCAP meeting is set for March 23, 2024 (Saturday), from 12:00 to 4:30 pm in Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor – Holiday Ballroom 6 (Option 6 and 7).
4. This survey will end at 12:00pm EST, 2/20/2024.
